For using a racial slur.

It was MunkleCunt. And I'm sorry, Munk, but that's hilarious.

That wasn't IVTT. It was SirWesley wasn't it?

It was amusing but it meant his ban went from a week to permanent.

Aye, that was SirWes.

I guess IVTT will have to do with foggycunt.

What is the length of ban?

Looks like a permanent. IVTT had been temporarily banned before for revolting homophobic comments. If he's now added racism to his few talents, he's not welcome back.

Why do you waste so much time on a place you don't like? Life's too short. Go outside. Read a book. Enjoy yourself.

There are aspects of the forum I do like foggy - yourself and whitstable are always worth reading. But it seems that questioning the arbitrary moderation (or lack of it) is enough to get you abuse and threats from one of the moderators in question, let alone the usual suspects. I don't think it shows the forum in a good light.

You threaten to ban me regularly, for doing no more than question the way you do your job. Do you think that is acceptable?

I think given the amount of abuse you arbitrarily give out to people you deserve every criticism that is levelled at you. You ASKED to be removed from the board once and then rejoined with a new name! You are rightly disliked by the majority of posters for your "withering putdowns" and you would not be missed if you left.

I don't threaten to ban you because you criticise how I "do my job", I threaten to ban you because you are an annoyance. I don't know what has happened in your life to make you so unpleasant but its really sad. I hope that in reality you aren't too lonely and you have someone to talk to.
RE: I-vow-to-thee is now banned

I'm perfectly entitled to ask to be taken off, and I'm also entitled to come back if I wish.

I also wish I was capable of "withering put downs", but you give me too much credit. I sometimes point to hypocrisy by some posters, but I don't think that is a crime either.

As for :

"I don't know what has happened in your life to make you so unpleasant but its really sad."

I could say the same about Bally (for example), but I don't see you taking him on. Why is his foul-mouthed style of posting tolerated, and posters like me made to feel unwelcome?

You aren't "entitled" to do anything on this forum, nor is anyone other than Steed. It's not a democracy, it's a service that you may be permitted to use at the discretion of the person in charge. Now, he delegates some of that discretion to the mods, and we moderate as we see fit (and we're not above any other poster). Interestingly, you are the only person who ever complains about moderation. You went onto AVFTT to complain about us during your last ban and even they, who usually love to have a dig at us) told you to shut up. What I'm trying to explain is that when everyone thinks you're wrong, there has to come a point where it at least crosses your mind that it might be you.

As for Bally we've disagreed plenty of times as have other posters and in answer to your question, the first time I met him I told him I thought he was an horrible cunt. He had the good grace to agree.

"Entitled" - your audacity is astonishing.
