£650,000 rings a bell, then 6.5M. Or have I got my 10’s & units mixed up?

Either way, 11M seems inflated, especially for someone in desperado need of cash £££

Blackpool FC sold it to the Oystons for 650,000 then the Oystons sold it back to BFC for 6.5million!

Great business for somebody. Now who might that be?

Can't see many bidders at that price. Would expect to go for around 8 at best. Unless you get it at a knock down price, is it really a good investment. Would take a long time to get your money back!

IF the football club now own it, who would get the money from the sale?

I'm sure Oyston has it covered then he benefits and not the football club.

Surely if the proceeds from any sale of the Travelodge is taken by the Os then this is further prejudice against Belekon and he ought to be entitled to whatever the OO takes out.

Smoke and Mirrors again.

Put everything up for sale at twice the market value to show the court you are trying to raise the money.

Let's see what they fetch when the bailiff sells them.

Is it me , or can anyone else see they're doing this with an alteriour motive.

Is there some tax avoidance if they then undersell ?

They are obviously going to get hit by the tax man at the end , but is there a way they could be trying to wriggle out?

Anything is possible with the slime family involved.

Looks to me like McPool said - trying to show that they're selling their assets to meet the payment but listing them at vastly inflated prices so there are no offers, thus backing up their "It'll take time to sell assets" line.

Cunts to the end.

Don't think the Judge will fall for any underhand shite!

Will not work. HMRC are well aware of market prices.

I want one of the above.

I think the judges summary included the legal phrase

"A right pair of lying snakelike cunts who can't be trusted for a second".
