I hope he makes a full recovery.

Most of my memories of him are the 82 and 86 world cups.

I think he was sent off in 86 for throwing the ball back to the ref.

Never really saw him as a player, and whilst I didn't agree with everything he said as a pundit I always enjoyed listening to what he had to say. A passionate guy who clearly loves the game and being involved in it as much as possible.



Hope he has a speedy and full recovery.

When my Dad heard the news the first thing he mentioned was Wilkin’s volley at Ibrox against us in the Old Firm. Seeing the highlights recently you can see just how good he was.
