So, it's that time of year again.

I know nothing about horse racing, or near enough, but always keen to take part in the sweepstake!

This year we got 2 horses each, I pulled Saint Are and Carlingford Lough out of the hat.

Any of you doing a sweepstake at work and who did you get?

Or any of you just placing a bet?
Not a big gambler but to keep it interesting me the missus and kids have picked a horse each to back.

I've got Gas Line Boy which will probably fall at the first jump now coz I've backed it, my good lady has picked Anabale something or another, my eldest picked Blaklion and daughters gone with Last Samurai.

Good luck :D
Not a fan but I do enjoy the classy birds photos of Aintree Women's Day.

I work with the lad on the 7th picture, looks like he's having a good gawp

Ah, the British press never misses a chance for a good upskirting.

Enjoy your weekend of murder and cruelty guys. I will be sat here eating vegetarian sausages and kale and slurping early grey, enjoying my seat at the highest of high grounds :)

You're an example to us all, Fogster.
Early grey? Early grey.

Living in Burnley, you'll think that of any bird with only one nose

My body my choice.
Fussy cunts
Sorry to get back on topic, but think this is wide open.

Never back a short priced National runner, so having an each way flutter on Final Nudge and Valseur Lido.

Would love to see Saint Are win after coming close on a couple of occasions, but best days might have gone.

1) I Just Know

2) Total Recall

3) Seeyouatmidnight

4) Shantou Flyer
Worked for me GSP. Liked the name Tiger Roll, so but a couple of quid each way and now have £30! Woo!
I did one quid each way. Won 15 quid ha. My own fault for being stingy!
A lot are calling racing to be banned after a horse was killed not sure what to think to be honest

There's always deaths innit.

The horses know what they're signing up for.
Ridiculous.
Every man and his dog backed the winner in Castleford because it had Tiger in its name. Wankers.

That wasn't the grand national, it wasn't even a jump race.
