Replaces the traditional season ticket and you can only pay by Direct Debit through a finance company.

Their fans aren't too happy.

Direct Debit is a nice option but surely you need to give fans the options of paying upfront.

Why can’t you pay by direct debit through your own bank account? Are they charging interest for this option if so no wonder the Cod army are fuming.

it's bizarre, at the end of the day it's through a finance company so there's a credit agreement there not a direct debit scheme.

Better waiting for freebies

If it’s through a finance company, they are getting the full amount straight away. Direct debit is spread out. Very strange you can’t pay the full amount straight off. Something dodgy there.

I can see the appeal as it is a lot more affordable for a lot of people. No upfront option is very strange.

They’ve backtracked now and you can pay the full amount by card for free . But if you pay cash they’re charging £30 admin fee.

That’s even more weird.

Not arsed really. Just hope they sell a lot more than Oyston does for his Scab ridden club
