Not just an Arizona thing I see.

I've just watched a facebook vid of a fire taken from the Sand Dunes. Bizarre.

Dry brush and a bit of wind and those things get out of control and do some serious damage.

This is being remembered here today ....five years but it seems like yesterday.

The Yarnell Hill Fire was a wildfire near Yarnell, Arizona, ignited by lightning on June 28, 2013. On June 30, it overran and killed 19 City of Prescott firefighters, members of the Granite Mountain Hotshots.

I just hope it wasn't arson or knobheads with disposable barbecues not being careful enough.

There was a fire on Lytham Green as well caused by a disposable barbecue.

Nothing wrong with having a barbie, but it's not hard to make sure you aren't impacting on your surroundings.

Human beings really are a parasite on this planet. I'm no environmentalist, I just can't stand selfish, stupid behaviour.

NEVER underestimate the stupidity of humans.

There have been reports of people picnicking on the moors watching and hindering the fire crews. People have been parking in field entrances getting in the way of farmers.

So as Magic says never underestimate the stupidity of humans.
