Her eyeball exploded, jeez. Surely the issue here is the spectators standing too close, and the fact it was a shit shot.
I don't know what they could do to prevent it. The spectators were actually far further back at this course than they usually are.

She's already instructed her lawyers to prosecute. She wants to cover her healthcare costs, which is understandable.
