‍Replays aren't on TV are they?

The other talking point will be the attendance. Oyston better start printing free tickets.

there will be 5,483 there. I have seen the Owen numbers game in advance

‍Would expect at least a 70/30 split in favour of away support

Replays are shown. Usually one on bbc and a couple on BT. Depending on how many replays there are.

Will they want to cover Blackpool though knowing there won't be many there.

The bbc won’t show Blackpool, if it’s on , it’ll be BT.

‍Same argument though, will BT want to show an empty ground. Guess it depends on what other replays are available to choose from.

Like I said. Depending on how many replays there are. Can’t see any tv company wanting to show that drivel again.

I think there’s been enough drawn games to make sure they avoid giving ofc any more money.
Yeah was talking to someone this morning who had said there have been a lot of draws. Oh well, we will be spared.

https://www.blackpoolgazette.co.uk/sport/football/blackpool-fc/fa-cup-third-round-draw-when-does-it-take-place-and-what-ball-numbers-are-blackpool-and-fleetwood-town-1-9472727

Counted 5 Draws with Blackpool`s. So unless Fleetwood draw, Blackpool v Solihull is only one of two that could provide a shock Tranmere v Southport being the other. BT Have Champions league games on when the replays are to be played so most likely BBC will show a replay.

😠

Could be a very low attendance for the TV cameras. 500 from Solihull and perhaps 1.5k Blackpool.
As it’s BT , I’d have to go the pub. I doubt I could be bothered on a Tuesday evening the week before Christmas.

Man City are away at Leicester the same night so there will be a fight for the TV in our household. That will mean the tablet for me.

It will sound like a reserve match on TV. Oyston will urgently be increasing the amount of free tickets!

‍will be much less Blackpool than that, freezing cold, midweek right before Christmas, on the TV. I’d be surprised if they hit 500.

‍Ahh but I was counting the imaginary free tickets. I think it will hit 1k. The lure of Arsenal might attract an extra couple of hundred.

Should be interesting to watch. BT Sport will have to mention it as it will look ridiculous on TV!

The Gazette predict Blackpool will have earned around 300k in cup competitions this season.

‍fixed

About £1,200 full priced season tickets, probably closer to 2,000 when you account for concessions.

Plus another estimated £500k for the Arsenal game if we beat Solihull in the replay.

That would be the equivalent of approx. 5,000-5,500 season tickets.

I’d guess at around 1k in total.

‍So Oyston will get 500k just for the Arsenal match if we beat Solihull?

‍They would never announce that though.

That's what I read, not sure how accurate that is.
As the Irish would say.... 'It's a f****n disaster'
Solihull players have apparently been offered a £5k bonus if they beat us.
If they’re going to get £500k if they play Arsenal, they’ll have earned it!

Sorry to appear thick,  but thought this was tomorrow

Presumably there's a good reason the replay has been delayed a week.

There was some confusion as Matt Scrafton tweeted the 11th as that was the original scheduled date. However it's now the 18th because it's on BT.
