That was the quickest I have ever seen Dier move when he went into the stand.On the pitch he must be one of the slowest in pro football.
He isn't the best but fair play for showing some balls and challenging someone in the main Spurs stand.

He may have shown "balls" to carry out his actions, but what problems would we have if every player did the same thing? How long would it be before this behaviour spread to the fans?

Yeah full respect to Dier. Not quite in the Cantona bracket but Dier had more steps to climb so probably calmed down a little. 

Don't remember too many Pool players confronting Pool fans. Maybe Ince at Barnsley?
