SCORER Tom Ince has called on his team-mates to find the killer touch needed to win games

The 20-year-old striker handed Blackpool an early lead only for two second-half goals to see them leave Derby County empty-handed last night.

And Ince believes getting a second goal when ahead is so vital.

He said: “It’s a game we thought we should have won after the first-half display. But we didn’t come out and impose ourselves on the second half and we got punished.

“We had that ten or 15-minute period in the second half when we needed to calm them down and get a killer goal.

“But unfortunately we didn’t attack well enough. And, given the chances they had, we didn’t defend well enough either.
