If you could change three things in football what would it be:

a) Offisde rule. Should be black and white. How can you base a decision on an opinion on whether or not the player is interferring.

b) Goal line technology. Long overdue.

c) Instant yellow cards for players who rush over in disgust over a tackle with the aim of getting them a red card.

1. Full squad salary caps set per league ie Prem=£40m per year, Champ=£20m per year etc

2. Safe standing areas making up half of all grounds and being restricted to a maximum ticket price under £20.

3. Clubs at least 51% fan owned. Required to at least break even (and given points penalties for not doing so).

1) Sin bins for 15-20 mins for 'orange' cards

2) Do something defenders about shielding ball to run it out of play - make it obstruction unless they'd touched it first ...

3) Have five leagues of 20 teams, have 8 new included from BSP, then make it tier levels 1, 2, 3 and 4 North and 4 South - would be great for modest teams to have more derby matches, and less expense too

Sure there're others, but these off the top of my head ...

1. 4 points for a win, 2 points for a score draw and 1 point for nil nil.

2. If a physio has to come on to treat a player on the pitch, the said player should have to remain off the pitch for 5 minutes. This would stop players time wasting.

3. Retrospective red cards for DIVING.

Restore the offside rule to how it was back in the eighties - everyone knows where they stand.

Allow the tackle from behind - yellow card if you don't get the ball.

Transfers only permitted in the summer.

I can't see how this is still ongoing. It should be on everyone's list!
