Blackpool v Doncaster Rovers

League One
Tue 12th Mar 2019 - KO 19:45
Bloomfield Road

Blackpool boss Terry McPhillips has no new injury concerns as he prepares for Tuesday night's League One clash with Doncaster.

The Seasiders snatched a 2-2 draw with Southend in front of a crowd of 15,871 - their biggest for more than 40 years - on Saturday, courtesy of Taylor Moore's own goal in the sixth minute of stoppage time as they launched a new era in the club's history.

Striker Chris Long has been used as a substitute in the last two games having missed the 4-0 defeat at Bristol Rovers after his partner gave birth, and he will hope for a return to the starting line-up. Defender Marc Bola continues to be assessed after missing the last five games with a hamstring problem, while Jimmy Ryan and Max Clayton are still sidelined.

Doncaster manager Grant McCann will be without striker John Marquis through suspension as he looks to end a five-game wait for a victory. Marquis was sent off for a second bookable offence six minutes into the second half of Saturday's 2-0 defeat at bottom-of-the-table AFC Wimbledon and will serve a one-match ban.

Defender Tom Anderson was an unused substitute for that game after missing the previous fixture because of concussion, and he will hope to force his way back into contention. McCann otherwise has no fresh selection problems with long-term absentees Ian Lawlor (shoulder) and Joe Wright (ankle) working their way back to fitness.

Opta Stats - Doncaster have won each of their last two league games against Blackpool, as many as they had won in their previous 18.

After remaining unbeaten in their first 14 home league games against Doncaster (W11 D3), Blackpool have lost three of their last seven (W3 D1).

Blackpool have lost just one of their last five home league matches on a Tuesday (W4 D1), a 0-1 defeat to Sunderland on New Year's Day.
Doncaster boss Grant McCann has only lost once in four League One games against Blackpool as a manager (W2 D1), drawing his only such match at Bloomfield Road 1-1 in February 2018 with Peterborough.

Doncaster's Tommy Rowe has netted three goals in his two league games at Bloomfield Road for Donny against Blackpool.

Tenty has his work cut out to surpass my copy and paste efforts...
I can see McPhillips making a few changes tonight.
It’s a good read so far.
Tenty is building up the tension.
John Marquis suspended for Donny. Big loss for them.

Well pissed off, my lads still not finished kick boxing. Going to have to settle for I follow then cast it to my tv.
Always said violence doesn't pay
Anyone know if I follow is reliable? Tried it on Saturday and wouldn’t work

That's because you probably used a dodgy proxy. You can't get weekend games in the UK only midweek.

Ok cheers. I’m asking because I’m overseas.  Does it work for midweek you reckon?

I just looked and can watch the match for $7 US. If I wasn't working or it was a more important fixture (where I felt justified in fucking work off) I would do it. Good to know.

But watching Blackpool is hard work!

6€ a game here.

Oh right, didn't realise you were abroad. I couldnt answer your question then but always worked perfect for me.
About time Thompson started.
Just nailed a pie... I’ve missed those little darlings.

Draw.

No I'm not impersonating Doc Holliday, but looks a likely outcome. Swirling, uncomfortable conditions means a scrappy affair.

A dull 0-0 or 1-1.

Looks about 8-9k

Decent.
I reckon 7k
