Last posted 4 years ago - figured I'd finally get back on the forum again what with our new era etc!

Will be following this game abroad as I reckon we'll get to see some of the new signings given chances - suspect we'll see Nuttall start and potentially Hardie too. Competition for places will really benefit us this season and suspect we might see the likes of Nuttall given a proper game on Saturday if he impresses.

Onwards and upwards! 😄

Welcome back!

Is there a rule where you have to play 6 players from the previous match or is that just for the leasing.com trophy - felt weird writing that!

My team:

I don't think Grayson will go with the above as he will probably want a mixture of first team players.

Grayson will make a handful of other changes but the Pool boss says he's keen to earn a third straight win this season.

He said: “I’ve said from the start of the season that we want to get momentum going and we want to make sure we keep that mentality.

“If you look over my career as a manager I’ve never been one to make wholesale changes in this competition, especially early on when you’re still finding your feet in the season.

“There will be some changes as obviously James Husband will be out suspended and there might be a few more who need some game time.

“But I’m certainly not looking to make 11 changes or anything like that.”

It'd be good to see Hardie and Nuttall starting this game.
Yes they we need to take their chance as well with Fonz and Gnanduillet on form.

Another one going to be following the game from abroad here.  Reckon they will put this on ifollow?

Also, a positive is that one of Husbands suspended matches is taken up by this one, so he can get back to league team sooner?

Yes spotted that before meaning he will be back for Rochdale away.

Not used iFollow yet, but looking at the website the next available stream is audio only at the Oxford game - unless of course I'm mistaken. Be happy to be corrected.

I think the audio only option is because you are not going through a VPN?

It is the Oxford game next on there yes.

I thought because I'm outside of the uk I'd be able to access the watch live feature but because my subscription is paid for on a uk debit card they sussed it and I could only listen to the game.

Shame that.  If ifollow don’t put on cup fixtures then looks like I’ll have neither audio nor visual!

BHS it is then :)

Good stuff, cheers

You should be able to use the system if you're abroad but still want to watch your team.  Silly that you can't.

Yeah I just checked.  Next one you can watch is indeed, the Oxford game at home.

Big game!

Anyone actually going?

Blackpool's team for tonight's cup tie against Macclesfield. Four changes in total:

Mafoumbi, Bushiri, Edwards, Anderton, Feeney, Turton, Spearing, Thompson, Kaikai, Hardie, Gnanduillet

Lad is going with a few of his friends. I’m not.

A lot stronger than I thought.

Why no Nuttall and what about Tollit and Devitt. They can't even get a run out.

Surely they are all on the bench at least ?

Looks a poor crowd

Adi Yussuf seems to have disapeared aswell strange signing that

I’ll take 3 from 3 but other than that, who really givers a shit about tonight?
Not one of Larry’s signings, I suppose.

He’s on the bench along with Devitt.

A Hardie hat-trick will make it hard for Larry to leave him out for Saturday
Nuttall and Tilt have knocks apparently

Goal! Blackpool 1, Macclesfield Town 0. Jordan Thompson (Blackpool) header from the centre of the box to the centre of the goal. Assisted by Liam Feeney with a cross.

No surprise Feeney with the cross
Pool are saying Turton scored?
