Taking my Son to his first ever live football match. Really hope it goes ahead or not behind closed doors.

He'll enjoy the atmosphere,  but not the result (I'm assuming he'll be wearing the kit).

You should have taken him to his first game at an easy one where he would have been enthused by the win. Tranmere for example ๐Ÿ˜•

Sunderland got beat as well. Have a feeling that a better team will bring out a positive result for us. It's just the motivation levels with nothing to play for compared to Sunderland who have everything to play for. Critchley needs to get them at the same level as the opposition.

2-2, we have a better record against top teams than bottom.

Yes agree eagle definitely got a draw written all over it I feel

On the BirminghamLive site "The government could rule today that football matches will be played behind closed doors for the foreseeable future."

https://www.birminghammail.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/west-midlands-football-set-closed-17909479?fbclid=IwAR0xAILywwTNK_SiDJ3siigG1qH9Y6TgUqwyk2YXnQ7RrrhK8WzZtYZ74Jg

No Government ban on large scale events so game on.
I going for 2-1 Pool win.
Have a feeling Spearing and Gnanduillet will start after an improved second half performance. Think that's a pretty obvious shout. Can't see any other changes.

They are now in talks this morning and rumour is they are making all games behind closed doors
Wonder if any Sunderland fans are in Blackpool already making a weekend of it...
How do you go about getting your money back? I bought 3 tickets for the game tomorrow

Fucking right 60 quid is a curry and a few beers lol

Pre-booked train fare down the pan and Shrewsbury ticket purchased. B******S!

I can't help thinking this virus is just something we have to accept, especially as it is now believed it may return annually, Sky News: https://www.msn.com/en-gb/news/uknews/coronavirus-likely-to-return-year-on-year-says-chief-scientist/ar-BB118pPV?ocid=spartanntp

If this is true, are we going to limit large gatherings and cancel/postpone events every year? Just use common sense and good hygiene is as much as we can do, otherwise we are going to start living in fear of every little thing that crops up. It's bad enough already.

You should be able to get your tickets back for the match; not so sure about the train.

Sunderland fans still keeping the Blackpool economy ticking over.

Well done folks!

or the Rangers squads weekly salary.

I refuse to accept that football has been cancelled.

Team news out in 20 minutes, I wonder if Critchley will change formation for this one?

Fucking better not play 5-3-2 again.

Team:

Maxwell, Fonz, Feeney, KDH, Virtue, Nuttall, Ronan, Armband, Ward, Macdonald.

Looks like 0-5-5 formation, Critchley going for it.

No goalkeeper. Maxwell holding midfielder.

Also starting with only 10 players by the looks of things.

Confident.
