For those old enough to remember him from the 70s and 80s.

It happened to me once I couldn’t walk got put in a taxi and woke up the next morning not remembering where I had been and even if I had been outIt wouldn’t have been one of my mates but I didn’t know everyone there. I mentioned it to the stag (very good friend and business partner) and he said he couldn’t honestly think of any of those there who would and there was no reason anyone would target me (apart from being a gobby cunt of course). I can’t be sure and have no proof but I’m now in a world of pain.
Happy birthday. It was my mates stag do on Saturday. I’m currently on day 2 of THE worst hangover I’ve ever had. Also, I only had 5 pints and was paralytic. Some of you boys have seen me sink far more than that and this isn’t a boast but I can hold my ale.
Genuinely think I was spiked. I literally couldn’t walk on Saturday - a friend had to get me home and I’ve never felt this bad with a hangover.

Ordered a cheap knock off Bayern Munich kit for my lad to play football in and a fucking Man Utd kit was delivered! On the plus side, pissed off my Missus.

Our country is more divided, culturally, politically and economically than it ever has been before. I’m not sure what the answer is but it makes me really sad. We should all just be friends - surely that would be easier?

As far as I’m aware, only James made it onto the annual January watch list (but he’s been a staple on here for about 5 years). All will be missed, all ace at what they did.
Gary Rhodes is the most tragic (59 is no age and by all accounts it was sudden), Clive James will be missed and lamented but for me, Jonathan Miller will go down as one of the greats of our age. Understated and brilliant.
