A brace from Gnanduillet, a clean sheet, a fitting tribute to Cyril Robinson, applause at 53 minutes and a happy birthday to a football fan who was there in 1953. All in a great day as Pool go 5th with the 4th win in a row.
A few weeks ago Jane and I agreed to make a short film about Blackpool Football Club with Ladbrokes and Mundial Mag entitled "This could be our year"
We agreed to do this and naturally I asked if I could film them filming us so you folks could see what it was like.
Here is my little behind the scenes look at the day. We were with the guys for 5 hours filming before the Lincoln City game
Is it because of the award? Matt will probably use that to go on to bigger things maybe move to a national or something?
Tony Quested will probably always be my favourite anyway as dad used to like him and he was there back in the day.
A freezing cold day but Blackpool warm the spirits as they stroll past a plucky Morecambe side that hit the woodwork twice and may consider themselves unlucky.
We take in the North, there's some great predictions, Little Matt has an announcement and Raggy has a go at...watch to find out😉
Take a look at Sunday's Memorabilia Fair that took place at Bloomfield Road. A 20p bargain, a 1953 FA Cup Final programme and a 4.30am start!
Yes seasider that's definitely him what a great spot!😂😂
Needed sunglasses for Larry's head 😂😂
That could go viral tangerine77 😂😂
However, I would imagine there could be some of us that do have some interesting pre match rituals and superstitions.
Dad and I used to have to touch the "lucky door" of the corner shop on Bloomfield Road (opposite the ground think its St Heliers could be Saville?) as we approached the ground
And I had a lucky hat that dad wore all through the match at the millennium stadium versus Leyton Orient in the play off final 2001 when I was in Italy at a wedding.
Video of last night can't beat late goals whatever the competition what a strike from Rocky maybe he's the strike partner we have been looking for?
As soon as I can secure a prize for the closest every week it will be back. Actually '77 it was won by Pete Dix in the first few weeks but it was just for fun then.
However less and less were playing and it wasnt worth the 3 hours it was taking to make the videos. Soon as I've got something worth playing for each week I will let y'all know
